The attitude of the persons working there, thank you to each and everyone :) i give an 11 if I could! Room 333 :) as promised, i posted the picture from the restaurant which is a salute from us and thank you! Room : Furniture is old, tv old, no smart tv. No Romanian channels if anyone would like to know. The balcony is big, the room is big, the bed very big and comfortable. Spa area :10 wonderful place! View: 10 Confort :10 Very Clean: 10 Food... 6, 7 unfortunately. The snacks in between meels also need improvement. Well, it depends on one's taste, of course The bar, the cocktails were awesome!!! Again, I would give an 11 if I could. Note that the shuttle bus from the hotel tp the beach is only from middle of June until middle of September You can borrow the buggy to visit the golf area which is very big. Please note that if you visit during April, for example, like we did, you could expect that lack of variety for the food part. Overall, a nice place to stay and enjoy the wellness area.

I m an old customer. i know exactly what to expect. i love the place, the view, the rooms, the comfortable beds, the indoor pool and sauna etc but i had some bad surprises- coffee in the room was not complementary, you have to pay it, you have to pay the parking 12 leva / night, the breakfast _ even if it has a lot of options it looks cheap, even the vegetables are from 2 days ago, pastry is like in an old comunist market.. so this was a disappointment..! i recommend theirs la carte restaurant, the food was really good.

I liked the common area, the spa and the outside pool. The golf area is great also plus the possibility to walk around the resort is very much refreshing.

The room was spacious, in neutral colours and lovely as setting and furnitures. The beds were comfortable and big. And the bathroom was really nice. Staff was great: polite, well mannered, very respectful and always smiling. I loved the overall atmosphere and location. And the beach is amazing! Takes like 10 min to get there with the shuffle. Wild, clean, peaceful and beautiful!!! Even for the beach alone, it's worth to come and stay here. And the spa is of really excellent quality. The adventure shower was not working, but all the other spa facilities were safe haven during bad weather. And the mineral water pool was a real treat. The breakfast was also very nice and truly diverse! There was something for anyone's taste. We have booked a sea view room. I highly recommend it. The panorama was worth it and the sea can really calm one's soul. I am very happy and have no regrets for booking the Lighthouse. I am also proud to have been able to spoil myself and my dad with a really amazing escape. I would love to come again and hopefully next year we will be able to stay longer and who knows... even play golf :)

This is the second time we are visiting the hotel with the wife. Compared to last year the food in the main restaurant Alexandra (lunch and dinner) was so much better. The breakfast is not bad but nothing special. The place didn't feel busy at any point of time which is one of the reasons we like to go there. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and almost always smiling. There is grass with natural shadow nearby the pool which we love. We like the place so much that we booked a second holiday there in a few weeks time.
